The room amenities were impressive, with comfortable beds and high-quality amenities. The staff was very helpful and always went beyond what was expected of them to ensure my stay was pleasant. The hotel's location is conveniently situated close to local transportation and key tourist attractions, making getting around the city easy.
During check-out, I had issues with the billing as the attendant took several tries to accurately calculate my bill. payment was a bit of a challenge as they didn't have a credit card machine, which I wasn't aware of until I tried to pay.
